Zen-Tavo Refund Policy

Refund rules for Zen-Tavo+ subscriptions, payment-provider transition, and billing support.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Zen-Tavo+ subscriptions supplied by Allan Monge Jiménez, operating as Chirripó Studio. If a payment provider, mandatory consumer law, or written checkout term gives you stronger refund rights, those rights control for that transaction.

2. First Paid Charge

First-time paid subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid charge by emailing support@app.zen-tavo.com with the account email, payment provider, and order or subscription reference if available.

3. Renewals and Partial Periods

Renewal charges after continued use, partial billing periods, repeated refund requests, suspected fraud, account abuse, and chargeback misuse are generally not refundable unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

4. PayPal and Lemon Squeezy

During the payment-provider transition, PayPal remains available for live subscription checkout while Lemon Squeezy approval is pending. Existing PayPal subscriptions may continue through PayPal unless they are cancelled, migrated, or otherwise changed with appropriate notice.

If Lemon Squeezy approves Zen-Tavo for processing, new subscriptions may be routed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record or authorized reseller. Lemon Squeezy may handle refund administration, tax adjustments, chargebacks, and the customer portal for transactions it processes, and may issue refunds at its discretion to prevent chargebacks under its own practices.

5. How to Request Help

Email support@app.zen-tavo.com for billing or refund help. For legal notices or privacy requests, use legal@chirripo.studio.
